Note: Visual graphic is stripped off. There are few reasons as to why:

  1. MS (MicroSoft) has finally ended development on IE (Internet Explorer) Mac browser - which this site no longer supports.
  2. You are either viewing on a handheld or mobile device, a screen reader, a text-browser or an archaic browser.

In any case, site content is still made accessible. However, please consider upgrading to a modern web browser. Thank you.

A Breath Of Fresh Air

Ride The Tide

Every once in a while, we need to go through changes. Positive ones that is. That is what is happening not only to me, but to this humble website as well. There are few minor but significant technical and graphical changes littered through out. And if you haven’t discovered what yet, the home page is a good start. Followed by the journal. I’m slowly re-discovering my rhythm, which means you can also look forward to more works being uploaded soon. Time to fill up an empty stomache!

To be honest, this site’s design and technical aspect obviously have been severely stagnant. Almost a year staying dormant, hugely due to personal and national (NS) commitment. Hopefully, all that is going to change. Understandably, there is seriously a lot of catching up to do. No, correction, lots and lots of reading up to do from materials nearly a year ago! Not that I have more time on my hands, just that I’m learning to better manage and priortise my time. At the same time, learning to fully enjoy the things I do.

In web design, the art itself evolves nearly every six months. Being away from any creative work for nearly a year doesn’t help matters what more self confidence. The same goes for technology. Some of you who may have been on hiatus for that long of a period will know exactly what I mean. That said, a breath of fresh air has engulfed me and given me that little yet strong-enough push, drive and inspiration to pick up and start over. Amidst the ironic timing, it can only be godsend. Slowly but surely.

For starters, a new graphic placeholder titled ‘Ride The Tide’ can be seen on the home page. It might seem like a random visual eye candy, well it is an eye candy just that it is also a reflection of my current goals. The first would be to further explore on the graphical style. Next would simply be, owning a scooter. Seriously, the convenience of a cheap transportation plus it’s cool vintage style, I’d say it’s about damn time! On a more personal note, it symbolises adapting and embracing a new beginning, not the graphic output per se, but that will inside which drives me, is what I’m referring to.

Onto the technical aspects, no big and heavy programming where things are animating and flying in and off the screen here! Nope. Just subtle coding to improve usability and user experience. Okay, that sounded jargon-ish, basically, if you’re a frequent commenter, you will notice these little enhancements, hopefully which helps. Thus, your input and feedback on the little changes is greatly appreciated then. Last but not least, just a simple treat for my faithful readers and friends, not one but two wallpapers for download to chic up your desktop! So get it now while stocks last!

I will fly without wings and you will catch me if (when) I fall. I will struggle through the roughest crimson tides and you will save me if (when) I submerge. I will be your strength and you will present notion/s of gratitude on a platter if (when) all else crumble or bleed. I will be your courage and you will cradle me in your arms if (when) I quiver. I will be the best you’ve ever had/ you’ll ever have and you will create a ruckus/ an affray with the opponent if (when) my heart becomes volatile. I will be the your love if (when) you fall, your hatred if (when) you are tall, your angel if (when) you’ve sinned, your diablo if (when) you’ve won, your friend if (when) you’re in dire need/ distressed, your fiend if (when) you’re collected, your light if (when) you can’t see, your ten shades of grey if (when) it’s scintillating, your prudent intelligence when you’re insecured and your reckless danger when you’re protected. I will be the buoyancy that floats your boat. I will be the weight that sinks your ship. I will be your life’s retreat and your everyday challenge. I will be the perfect imperfection.

Remember me as a time of the day and I will be remembered every second till your dying day.

It IS, rather pfft to have a manic depressive, attention seeking, semi psychotic, fully disastrous, acceptably annoying, unacceptably demanding, almost half the time insecured girlfriend. Especially when someone worthy of her is not by her side.

It gets a little dull without you around. My bed has room for you. Times like this, NS is unnecessary.

Hon, your 12.15am comment deserve to be a post by itself.
