Glory Glory Man United - Part One
Monday May 12, 2008

For all United supporters around the world, rejoice! It has been a long and bumpy campaign in the premier league. With injuries mid season and bad patches from time to time, it took the team till the last match to retain the title. What a wait it has been!
After all the pre-matches hype about the Chelsea manager claiming the goal difference rule is an unfair advantage to United, their last home draw to Bolton is anything but wow. Ironic. Though anti-climatic, I’ve to be honest, it was a little anxious when the Blues got a lead. Anyways, it’s great to see a relatively youthful side succeed. However, the experience of a handful older players definitely helped and it clearly showed.

As a supporter of one of (if not) the best football club in the world, which has without a doubt its highs and lows, they always bounce back from defeat. If that is not one of many life’s crucial lesson to be learn, then I don’t know what is. Fate ironically really is in the devil’s half after all. Congratulations to whole club for their 10th EPL trophy. Here’s to more to come. Bring on the Blues in Moscow! Revenge will be serve and sweet.
Strength through unity. United prevails!
(sorry, I just finished reading V for Vendetta)
