Life Is Too Short

And it takes no time to fall in love
But it takes you years to know what the love is
And it takes some fears to before I trust
It takes some tears to make it rust
It takes the rust to have it polished

It takes some silence to make sound
And it takes a loss before you found it
And it takes a road to go nowhere
It takes a toll to show you care
It takes a hole to see a mountain

To do everything and anything. There are no right or wrong choices, just good or bad outcomes. So choose wisely, don’t do the right thing, but do good things. There’s a saying as well, friends listen, close friends advice but good friends tell you off if there’s need to.

Good things in life are also free, like happiness and love. Sometimes we imperfect humans tend to get greedy and complacent and forget the the good things in life that we already have. It’s never too late to realise it, so grab and fight for it while you still can.

Sometimes, if we always desire for something better in life, we won’t get it. Because there’ll always be better things / people out there. There’ll be no end and we’ll be forever finding. Strive for the good things in life, be content, naturally it will be the best thing for us.

Find a source or sources of inspiration and motivation. For me, it’s both religion and music. And I will share some excerpts of lyrics by a modern day artist, poet and philosopher – Jason Mraz. Not only is his music uplifting, so are his ways and words.
