Times Like These

From now on, there will only be positive vibes in this journal. I am stickying this in hopes of inspiring and lifting up not only myself but anyone who is going through a state of sorrow and lost. Pick yourself up. In times like these, you learn to live again. What will be, will be.
Everything happens for a reason, always definitely a good one. Remind yourself and leave the rest up to faith. You may have neglected a major part of your life and too focused on just a minor aspect of it. So take time to evenly redistribute the focus to balance things out.
Know that life is a constant examination of our own selves. So take the opportunity to learn more about yourself. You will find your peace eventually, if you let yourself. Family comes first too, especially our parents. Cherish them while they are still around.
Friends are aplenty. Good ones are a rarity. And they are are the ones that stops us doing the wrong things and advices us to do what is right. The ones that see things that we sometimes cannot. Hear and learn, and return the favour. Keep them.
How often do you come across 2 songs with a similar title and message by completely 2 different musicians and genres. This is the miracle of human emotions and thoughts. The words cannot be more meaningful and inspiring for me. No more sorrow, only mellow.
It comes a point in time, you just have to let go. You cannot have everything you want in life. Of course letting go does not mean erasing everything, but rather knowing what to keep with you, in your heart. You hope for the best but you do not expect, you simply let it go.
